6.1. The contracting parties, at the invitation of the Bonn Agreement Secretariat, meet on behalf of one of the parties within one year of the entry into force of this agreement and subsequently upon notification from the secretariat, no later than every three years, to verify the progress and difficulties in implementing the agreement since the last meeting. , and examine and decide: 2.3.
