Caretakers Collective Agreement Nz
The removal of minimum living wage rates was done on the backs of Eū and its members, who are pushing the government and the Labour Party to pay living wages to all workers whose wages are paid with public money. Funding for this scheme has been approved by the Cabinet. A worker who performs, in exceptional circumstances, abnormally dirty work, such as cleaning or removing vomit and excrement outside toilet tanks, excess dust and dust from demolition or cleaning of on-site construction work, flood damage, sewage overflow, human remains and animal by-products, must be paid in the course of its work at the rate indicated below. A worker who seduces this work is equipped, if necessary, with coveralls, gloves and masks. If the daily hours of a worker other than the resident caretaker are not uninterrupted, an allowance shall be paid at the rate indicated below. This payment is intended to cover the worker for additional travel and other expenses incurred at work in the interrupted instalment.
