SDR users can request changes from ElectraLink regarding the DTSA, the Data Transfer Handbook or the DTS itself at any time. ElectraLink, in accordance with the change control process described in clause 7 of the DTSA, will influence the requested change and make a recommendation to the SDR User Group at the next quarterly meeting. A procedure and a change requirement form (Appendix A) are also available on the DTSA (Change and Governance) page as soon as you are a registered user of the website. The Data Transfer Services Agreement (DTSA) is the multi-stakeholder agreement for the use of the Data Transfer Service (DTS). 26. Integration with Third Party Services. If you combine, integrate or use the Service in combination, integrated or with products, software applications or third party sites (Third Party Services), you agree that: (i) you may be required to enter into a separate license agreement with the third party owner or licensor for the use of their third party services (ii) the functionality of the Service may be reduced when operated through a third party service. ; and (iii) DTS cannot guarantee that the service will always be available on or in connection with such third-party services. The structure of the user group has changed and includes representatives of small suppliers, gas suppliers, iDNOs and parties to the Green Deal. 25.
Exemption. DTS reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms on the SDS website, at its discretion, by sending you a message about the Service via email and via the Application Message. DTS may also limit certain functions and/or restrict access to parts or the entire service without notice or liability. You may not refuse these notices and your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. DTS may update these Terms at any time, without notice, by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time in order to check the current conditions, as they are mandatory for you. These Terms represent the entire agreement between DTS and Users regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements entered into by DTS with Users with respect to the Service. 24.

You will find a description of the refund/return policies that may apply to your purchase of the Service and/or Software in the specific terms of the agreement to which you are bound in connection with the use of services and/or software.
